Mobilife is a trusted rental marketplace for 1–3 month stays. We connect users with underutilised properties and offer flexible leases without the long-term commitment or complex paperwork of traditional rental agreements.
• Who can use Mobilife?
Anyone seeking mid-term housing in Australia can use Mobilife — including international students, professionals, digital nomads or newcomers settling in Australia.
• What’s included in the rental price?
All listings include utilities (electricity, gas and water) unless stated otherwise. Internet is generally not included, therefore you would need to prepare your own mobile broadband / pocket Wi-Fi. Rental prices are inclusive of applicable fees and taxes.
• How do I pay rent on Mobilife?
Your first two week's rent is pre-authorised upon booking confirmation and paid at move-in. The remaining rent is charged weekly via our secure Stripe-powered payment system.
• Is there a bond or security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is pre-authorised (not charged) on your card. This amount is held temporarily and released after check-out, provided there is no damage.
• Can I cancel my booking if my plans change?
Yes. Cancellations are allowed, but fees may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel. Our cancellation policy is clearly outlined during booking.
• What if something breaks or goes wrong during my stay?
Please refer to terms of service for actions to address specific incidents, and contact us in case of any issues not covered. Mobilife will coordinate with the property partner to resolve the issue.
• How do I know the property is real and safe?
Mobilife verifies partner identities and listings internally. We also encourage users to review listing details, photos, and host profiles before booking. Reviews from past users will also be visible.
• How do I book a place?
Create your profile, verify your ID, and search for available listings. Once you find a suitable property, submit a booking request. The partner will confirm your stay shortly after.
